MASTER PLANNING

cob+p has been involved in master planning for over ten years, engaged in projects such as the Civic Centre/Latin Quarter located in the urban centre of Bray to a large Town Centre project conceived in the green fields of Bettytown. The former with it’s cosy public “Piazza” offers a new heart to the town while the latter acts as a pivotal focal point for the many small dormitory towns and villages that dot the east Meath coastal district.
