URBAN REGENERATION

cob+p has been involved with Bray Town Council in the Bray Town Rejuvenation for which the Council recently won the ‘Partnership in Business’ award at the Chambers Ireland Excellence in Local Government Awards 2008. Critical to this was the prepared a Guidance document for Shopfronts in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

In February 2008 we produced a document entitled ‘Guidelines on Building Height Strategy for Main Street, Bray’. Parts of this document were later adopted by Bray Town Council as a variation to the Development Plan.
