Urban regeneration is the re-use or re-development of decaying or run-down parts of older urban area to bring them new life and economic vitality.

cob+p has been involved with Bray Town Council in the Bray Town Rejuvenation for which the Council recently won the ‘Partnership in Business’ award at the Chambers Ireland Excellence in Local Government Awards 2008. In February 2008 we produced a document entitled ‘Guidelines on Building Height Strategy for Main Street, Bray’. Parts of this document were later adopted by Bray Town Council as a variation to the Development Plan.
